Utilising the core and advanced features of Google Workspace, Idea Buildings has shorten the time required for their sales and finance teams to perform their daily tasks. The security options have allowed their IT administrators to be equipped with high quality tools ensuring their data is safe and have the best practice recommendations in place.Covert have been struggling with their Microsoft setup around team Calendar visibility and lack of real-time file collaboration. The regular maintenance around Outlook, email security and identity management was adding a lot of overhead. As a fully remote company, shadow IT and working with proprietary data was a challenge they needed to address and have the proper settings in place.

With the help of Cloud Office we transitioned to Google Workspace very quickly without any hiccups.
