Cloud Office team worked in a close collaboration with Toki and
Power-Hash teams to successfully plan and execute Google
Workspace migration of Power-Hash and incorporate the organization
within Toki's existing environment.

The Challenge

Power-hash and Toki were working in decentralized environments
which was creating inconsistency in administration, security policies
and access management.

The Solution

Power-hash environment setup has been re-created and incorporated
with Toki's Google Workspace. Solution replicated file structure,
permissions, users, operational units. Cloud Office team utilized
domain wide take out as a first step and then migrated the data into
the recreated power-hash organizational structure. Entire project has
been executed with 0 down time.

The Result

Toki and power-hash now have a single environment overseen
holistically from the same console ensuring consistency in policies and
administration.

Our collaboration with Cloud Office was nothing short
of exemplary. Everything went smoothly, completed on
time, and the overall project experience was fantastic.
