Google Workspace has provided solutions across all challenges identified. Implementation plan followed stage based approach with pilot group and dual delivery between legacy email and Gmail. Training and Professional Services extended have ensured broad product adoption and meaningful business impact. End user and admin support part of the offering is ensuring smooth cloud sailing.
Two geographies (Bulgaria and Serbia) and and hundreds of employees are working collaboratively in real time, driving higher efficiency and business benefits. Google Workspace provides centralized information flow, document management and storage, reliable email solutions. The integration with existing ERP solution provides additional value add and efficiency gain.
